Start of apprenticeship September 2026

In early September, we were once again able to welcome six dedicated young people to our team. We look forward to spending an educational and exciting apprenticeship period with our new apprentices and wish them a great start to their careers!

End of apprenticeship June 2026

This past summer, Leo Friesen, Carl Henry Ernst, and Lara Bonen successfully completed their apprenticeships—half a year ahead of schedule. We are proud of your achievements and are especially pleased to be able to hire you. We wish you all the best as you embark on this new chapter in your lives and continued success!

End of apprenticeship January 2026

Congratulations to Jasmin Warkentin and John Aaron Engelmeier on successfully completing their training! You’ve experienced many exciting, educational, and certainly challenging moments along the way. We’re all the more delighted that you’ve successfully completed your training, and we wish you much joy and all the best for the future!

Once again, five trainees have successfully completed their training and can be proud of their dedication and achievements. Congratulations to Laurenz Bartels, Luis Külker, Simon Hülsey, Andre Ott, and Dennis Peitzmeier on passing their final exams! We wish them all the best for the future and are delighted that all of these young professionals will be staying with the company.

Start of apprenticeship September 2025

A warm welcome to the team! In September, two more apprentices—one training to be an industrial mechanic and the other an electronics technician specializing in automation technology—began their careers at WP Kemper. We look forward to supporting you on this journey and experiencing an exciting apprenticeship with you.

End of apprenticeship 2025

We are delighted to congratulate another apprentice on passing his final exam as an industrial mechanic. Jan Rusche will be offered permanent employment as a junior employee and will remain with the Kemper team – an important step for his professional future!

A warm welcome to our five new apprentices! We are delighted to welcome these dedicated young people back to our team and offer them an exciting training period and a good start to their professional lives. We are also proud that Lars Diekhans has begun his studies in industrial engineering.

Permanent employment for two trainees

We are very pleased to be able to congratulate two young people on passing their training. Leonard Wilmesmeier (industrial mechanic) and Jonathan Bartscher (electronics technician for automation technology) received their training certificates during a ceremony. Both have been given permanent employment and we look forward to shaping the future with the two junior staff.

The IMPERATOR dough divider and the SUPERBA KOMPAKT round- and longmoulder are our dream team for the compact bread production, especially when it comes to mixed rye and wheat doughs
