Perfectly suitable for artisan bakers also because due to the integrated dough strand former the machine requires very little space. ITES-OFEN: Bake deep-frozen bakery items up to 70 % faster using infrared
Pretzels, baguettes, pizza slices and many other snacks are finished in the ITES in a blink of the eye.
